I have been to Prague 4 times for a total of about 3 weeks and there are lots of places (museums) that I have visited only once so I do realise that there is plenty for 10 days if you are keen on museums, churches etc but I still think that some of it will be more low-key stuff than you would visit with 10 days in London, Rome, Paris or Berlin.

Hi, Prague is beautiful and I can spend there even 2 Times 2 weeks but plan also outside trips to Cesky Krumlov, Kutna Hora, Hradec KrĂĄlovĂ© etc. You can consider also 1 or 2 days trip to WrocƂaw in Poland. or to Bratislava (Slovakia) and maybe Vienna (Austria ). I'd say definitely not too long. I've spent a week in Prague on more than one occasion (in 2007, 2009, and 2010), each time was very enjoyable. Even if you don't take any other trips, there's a ton to see in Prague itself. And on the off-chance you get bored, you can always scout out the neighboring towns like Tabor and Kutna Hora.
Weather in Prague in summer can get quite unpredictable. Prepare for warm temperatures but don’t forget long sleeves and pants too, just in case. Obviously, Prague is a great destination that won’t break the bank and it’s very unlikely you’d experience a heat stroke here. So come on over!
