Interesting….I have had the complete opposite experience. Very responsive via email and I have purchased several tunes and upgrades - the original M+ tune back in 2020, then upgraded to the Stage 1, and eventually the Stage 2 - on top of that I had to go through the device remap when they replaced my original front calipers…each time BT was very responsive and communicative.
